These Terms of Service govern your use of Auto Mandate's vehicle management services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Auto Mandate provides vehicle notification services to municipalities and their residents. Our service allows municipal workers to notify vehicle owners when their vehicles need to be moved for snow removal, street cleaning, or other municipal operations.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including valid license plate numbers and phone numbers. You must respond promptly to vehicle movement notifications and comply with all local parking regulations and municipal requirements.
While we strive to provide reliable service, Auto Mandate is provided 'as is' without warranties. Service availability may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
Your use of Auto Mandate is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information solely to provide vehicle notification services and do not sell your data to third parties.
Auto Mandate is a notification service only. We are not responsible for parking tickets, towing fees, or other consequences of parking violations. Users remain responsible for complying with all local parking laws and regulations.
You may terminate your use of Auto Mandate at any time by texting STOP or contacting your municipality. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our normal communication channels.
